Today is a significant event for our foundation. We signed a memorandum on interaction and cooperation with the Department of International Technical Assistance, Innovative Development and External Relations of the Luhansk Regional State Administration and the Regional Development Agency of the Luhansk Region.
We understand that it is difficult for us to cope with the current problems on our own. It is not only the war, it is a large number of internally displaced persons who are in our city.
The signing of the Memorandum is the first step that, by uniting with the regional authorities of the Luhansk region, we will demonstrate effective support for the people
